Kariya seeks to acquire producing and highly prospective ‘near-production’ assets that strengthen our position and generate robust cash flow. In order to maximize revenue, we focus on being a low-cost operator.
We plan to grow these assets in the first instance by enhancing production while using the returns to help fund the company’s low risk/higher reward exploration.

- International experience in Canada, USA, Qatar, Gabon, and Nigeria.
- Managed development and operations of onshore and offshore fields in Gabon and Nigeria.
- Served as Science and Technology Advisor to the Minister of Natural Resources Canada.
- Master’s degree from the Hamburg University of Science and Technology, in Germany, PhD from the University of Calgary, Canada and an MBA from the Australian Institute of Business, Australia.

- 20+ years of E&P experience at Occidental, ConocoPhillips, BHP Billiton, Pan Atlantic and Hess.
- Expert in Geology, JV Project Management, Pore Pressure Modeling and Government Relations.
